A tsunami of mind-bending psych-rock” – NARC

COMING UP : INFINITE FUZZ BASS CHARIOT

Hello. This way for twist-and-turn acoustic grunge-prog, spoken word projects + fuzzy fusion-prog genk-rock tapes. Mailing list: goo.gl/WoCSjN.

Watch this, I made it for £7.

WHAT AM I DOING?

MINNIS is REGISTERED by the PROGRESSIVE COSMIC PROG-FOLK and SURF-GENK COUNCIL.  Twitter here. Bandcamp here.

I have been playing music since I was a little lad. I release musics as Sagan Megadrive. I previously led the progressive grunge-folk powerhouse ZADOK.

Here’s the latest Sagan Megadrive release:

Here’s a cool video I made with a Scrabble board and my friend Karen.

Here’s some more lovely stuff, from the progressive grunge-folk juggernaut.

Zadok were Al Roberts (bass and fuzz bass), Pete Devlin (keys, singing and space bar) and Franko Morgan (drum kit and fresh coffee), me playing guitar, singing and writing stuff.  Zadok. No wait, here’s an EP. Click through to download it if you want to pump it up in the car.

In this pleasantly lo-fi video Zadok are playing the mighty prelude to Agitated Molecule. You can find out more about Agitated Molecule, and it’s convoluted and life-affirming backstory, on the Zadok Blog. Pathos, intensity, and all four main emotions are covered.

Here’s a cool wiry version of Analogue Space Battle, an old live favourite. It’s mediavel surf-prog. This one is an early Zadok tape before Pete and Franko joined the band – featuring the wonderful drumming of Ben Handysides. To hear more of his great music, go here. We were playing at Sage Gateshead. Thanks to Van Rezner for the mix.

And finally

Here’s an advert for a song about exploding horseribs. You might recognise the tune if you’ve read the page thoroughly.
